Integration Workshop
INTEGRATING OUR COLLECTIVE WISDOM
Forging A New Path Forward
11th August, Stockholm
Introduction
Opening the door to the Integration Workshop, we have now come to the last part of the personal development program The Art of What If: Co-creating A New Narrative for the Future, which is designed to explore and shape our future through the lenses of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs): Being, Thinking, Collaborating, Relating, Acting.
Over the last few months, we have been on a unique journey to explore, reflect, and build skills that are associated with each of the five inner dimensions. In this process, we integrated key elements of art, nature, and aesthetics, and facilitated the online workshops based on an interdisciplinary approach. This unique experience has not only opened up new perspectives and built a deeper connection to one’s inner wisdom. Through intercultural dialogues, co-creative work, embodied learning, and deep reflection, we have gained new inspirations and motivations to take purposeful action together, empowered by our collective imagination for a better future.
Now, we are inviting you to come to the meeting point where we will bring together the five inner dimensions and align our personal and collective visions and wisdom through embodied learning; at the same time, being inspired and supported by the resources that come from art, nature, and aesthetics.
(Note: You’re NOT required to attend the previous online workshops to participate in the Integration Workshop. Everyone is welcomed to join us in this immersive creative experience together).

Art-oriented activities that we bring into this workshop are drawn from different art modalities (visual, sound, movement, language, etc.), they involve easy and basic art techniques aimed at awakening the senses and tapping into our creativity. The focus isn't on artistic proficiency; rather, art serves as a valuable tool to explore the inner resources we possess and those that art itself offers.
